Shipping cost/Payment info
– some articles are either framed or unframed and this will be included in the cost and will be shown in the description of goods
– delivery of goods will be within Australia only… if you wish to purchase from overseas ..please contact me direct to discuss further and a decision will be made as to whether to approve or not .
– terms of delivery – All paintings will be packaged accordingly and with utmost care & handling..Prices are determined by Australia Post and charges maybe be changed at any time in accordance with Australia Posts rates & policies applicable at the time. Alternative Delivery Companies may be available
– estimated shipping – deliveries will be determined by times from Australia Post or its Courier and could range from between 5 &14 working days,depending on whether it is a rural or regional areas.
Once payment has been received then all goods shall be attended to immediately and shall be prepared for shipment within 24 – 48 hours.
Kindly inform HELKINART should you require a receipt for payment of Goods, and this shall be forward along with your shipment purchase.
Refunds
– All customers who purchase online will have 7 day cooling off period to decide on whether it is suitable for their hanging space. This is my Online Guarantee.
If you wish to return the goods purchased, please contact me beforehand to discuss, so it can be approved beforehand. Goods must be returned in its original packaging and returned shipping costs will be attended to by the Purchaser, should there be damage upon return to HELKINART due to insufficient packaging, this will be discounted from refund.
Refund of monies will be subject to approval and payment will be made once goods have be returned to HELKINART in a sound & original condition
